Overview

The UNS Innovation Hub is a platform for innovation to facilitate the development of new ideas, channeling creativity, and accelerating innovation with the main agenda for the development of the startup ecosystem, as well as commercialization/technology transfer of academic products, research and innovation of the UNS academic community. The Innovation Hub was formed under the Directorate of Innovation and Downstream within the academic community of Sebelas Maret University. Its formation is expected to be the first step for students and alumni to learn to develop a business and entrepreneurial spirit in a more mature scope with a series of mentoring programs, competitions, funding, and real business applications. The debriefing was carried out with a startup development approach and the Innovation Hub as the responsible incubator. The development of individual and tenant talents is the Innovation Hub's biggest responsibility to form a sustainable startup with the finalization of successfully bringing alumni to become unicorn founders.
