UNLATCH was launched in Nevada in 2019, were SPS Homes for 8 years prior. We started SPS Homes on the tail end of housing crisis. For years the founders spent countless time figuring out a focused market niche that is not being serviced in today's real estate industry. Using large data in this strategic way we are able to carve out a competitive advantage in finding out clients and potential transactions. The traditional system is very slow to adapt, and we wanted to challenge it. UNLATCH sought to prove that there was a better, smarter way to invest in real estate. And we did it. Our expansion has been swift and explosive. Today, UNLATCH reaches out to hundreds of very specific clients to assist in their real estate needs. This strategy could allow us to be one of the largest sellers and service providers of real estate properties in the nation. We are still scratching the surface of what we can do in this industry.
