University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry is a nationally renowned school offering the only year-round accelerated three-year DDS program in the U.S. We are committed to providing a world-class dental education for our students and comprehensive, affordable patient care for adults and children in a humanistic environment. The school offers degrees or certificates through programs including Doctorate of Dental Surgery, International Dental Studies, Graduate Orthodontics, Advanced Education in General Dentistry, Advanced Education in Endodontology and Dental Hygiene. The school is located in state-of-the-art facilities at 155 Fifth Street in San Francisco’s South of Market (SoMa) district. The campus features flexible learning environments, research labs, high-tech dental clinics, Simulation Laboratory, and communal spaces for students, faculty and staff. Founded in 1896 as the College of Physicians and Surgeons, the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry has served the San Francisco Bay Area for more than a century. The dental school joined the University of the Pacific in 1962, and in 2004 was named after long-time dean and renowned dental educator Dr. Arthur A. Dugoni.
