We're starting with fixing sleep, or rather the conditions that cause the muscle flabbiness resulting in the symptoms, which some, but not all MD's most of the time, but not always, label as Sleep Apnea on a SLIP (of paper) that allows you to pay currency for a machine that will blow air up your nose and into your partner's face if you have one (a CPAP). Whew. A CPAP is a tough therapy for a lot of CPAP user's partners to accommodate. Well, ask yourself, "do you have sleep apnea, well, do ya, punk"? You may not be diagnosed from a guy in a white lab coat with more letters after their name than in it. So if you're not diagnosed. Ask yourself these questions: 1) Do you get up one or more times during sleep to relieve your bladder, well, do ya? B) Do you desire naps (AT ALL)? If you answer YES to either 1 or Both of both 1) and B), then you have some level of degraded sleep quality. Just ask your doctor, because I'm not one. All I know is A) I used to get up to pee, not anymore. 2) I used to take naps a lot, not anymore. If you would like to achieve A) And 2) TWO a high degree, an UNDoctor may work for you. Aaaaand I used to own a CPAP, but WHY would I now, when I no longer need it and get much better sleep OFF it than I got ON it. Come! Follow me! And GET OFF your CPAP, for good (sleep)!
