** Underground Social is no longer an active group, although the connections & friendships made are still thriving. ** At USKC, we are working to bring together the next generation of female leaders of Kansas City. Together, our mission is to build community through purpose driven events tailored to meet the needs of young female professionals in their 20's & 30's. By fostering a safe environment, we are striving to build a professional network of like minded women to help support one another as we move through the unexpected adventures life throws at us, both personally and professionally. How did we get started, you ask? Well traditional networking was becoming mundane & predictable. Life was happening around us. We were being faced with career challenges & craving mentorship. Our mental & physical health was taking a back seat. The wage gap was staring us in the face. So, we began searching for the support & education we were craving, and it didn't exist! So, we created it!
