The UCLA Undergraduate Economics Society (UES) aims to actively connect students with UCLA faculty for academic and professional opportunities. Working with the Department of Economics, we publish a quarterly academic newsletter, host academic events (including professor talks and panel events), conduct faculty and alumni interviews, and organize a wide array of career building activities throughout the school year. Our club cultivates a close-knit community among members who share a passion for economics and hope to change the world for the better through economic knowledge, both in academia and in the real world.
