About ULI Sacramento The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Sacramento District Council is an organization of diverse individual members who seek to provide leadership for fostering responsible land use in the Sacramento region. We have over 350 members throughout the Sacramento Region and our broader geography, which covers Stockton and Redding. ULI Sacramento is proud to commit to equity in land use development, to bring leaders together to address and highlight solutions to land use challenges, and to provide a vibrant forum for professional growth and development!
