Uland and Son is a specialized transportation carrier service that has been hauling oversize and overweight equipment for over 30 years. As well as maintaining an excellent A+ safety service record over the years, we have prided ourselves on completing all projects and assignments in an effective and timely manner. Based out of Southern Indiana, Uland & Son provides service to the entire Midwest, Southeast, and Central United States. We also provide special routes within the Eastern United States that include most major ports along the eastern seaboard. With a fleet of 4 tractors with 11 different trailers, we specialize in transporting oversized and overweight equipment and material for Construction, Agriculture, Mining Services, Infrastructure and Commercial industries. We help facilitate the process of state permits and licenses during transport. We have the means and the capacity to transport up to 200,000 lbs. Height and width varies between states and materials. With the size and weight of equipment and materials we are able to haul, Uland and Son also provides a pilot car/escorting service. Our pilot car operators are trained and certified to ensure that your equipment is delivered safely. This service can also be independent of our other services if you have already acquired other means of transportation.
