UKPA is building a community of Property Owners, Deal Experts, Project Managers, and Investors with a common interest. We have a mission to provide an opportunity for 1,000 vulnerable people to live independently, safely, and securely, and we are going to do this by turning commercial properties into residential housing. UKPA is about making the entire process of investing your time, expertise and money in property smarter and more rewarding for all. There is also a very unique and worthwhile mission you will become part of when you join our community. Our campaign is known as UKPA4GOOD and our mission is to help solve the housing crisis by helping vulnerable people to benefit from supported living. We are also supporting the environment by supporting Tree planting projects around the UK. We will be repurposing defunct property for better uses to address the massive housing shortage. We also care about the planet we live on, so we will be giving back to environmental causes and projects.
