The award-winning UK Schools Sustainability Network (UKSSN) is an umbrella network that brings together student, teaching and operations staff reps from our member regional networks. The regional networks are run at grassroots level, often centred around a hub school, and the whole network is now hosted and supported by Global Action Plan UK. We aim to make our schools, communities, regions and countries more aware of the climate and nature crises, and ultimately more sustainable, through… - Collaboration and Support - Representation and Inclusivity - Education and Empowerment UKSSN won the Net Zero 50 People's Choice Award 2022.
