Through the Consulting Society, we aim to encourage UCC students to consider consultancy as a career path. A consultant provides advice on a broad range of topics such as medicine, engineering, business, psychology, security, etc. Consulting is a diverse career path that hires from various disciplines and has problem-solving and independent thinking at its core. Our society would have three main objectives: Enabling UCC students of all disciplines to achieve real-world experience and apply their knowledge gained in classrooms by working with businesses on various projects. Elevate students’ knowledge of career prospects and life after university by holding career-focused events. Provide students means to expand their network with professionals from various industries and students from different disciplines.
