Our areas of expertise center on program management, project management, and construction management, including specialty services in pre-development. Turner’s first project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was the Exxon Mobil Housing Project, completed in 1977. In response to continued growth in Saudi Arabia, Turner Construction International established Turner Arabia in 2002, to solidify our presence in and commitment to Saudi Arabia. With our operations permanently based in Saudi Arabia, we offer our clients immediate accessibility and support, with the strength, stability, and resources of an international company. Furthermore, in 2006, Turner teamed with Dubai-based global property developer Emaar Properties PJSC to jointly embrace regional growth opportunities and to form a new business entity called Turner International Middle East (TiME). Turner referred to their clients as ‘respected friends’ and established a business culture that formed the foundation of its reputation for integrity, teamwork, and commitment.
