The "TUM Carbon Removal Initiative e.V." is a student initiative consisting of 40 students at the Technical University of Munich. We have set out to solve one of the world's most pressing issues: climate change. To do so, we are researching and developing an efficient and scalable "Direct Air Capture (DAC) & Storage" technology. It is our goal to develop and construct our first pilot plant within the next year, which is expected to remove up to 20 tons of CO2/year from earth’s atmosphere.
