OUR MISSION To amplify the voices of Black employees, boost camaraderie and engagement between allies, and make an impact in the broader community at large to support the aspirations, goals and needs of Black employees. OUR MEMBERSHIP •BEA is comprised of approximately 50% Black employees and 50% employees who are allies •BEA members are represented in all markets; most are in the Chicago, Baltimore and Florida markets •There are nearly 100 members across all markets
