Trial Structure is the #1 plaintiff's litigation strategy program in the country. It is a system for writing the opening statement that identifies the defenses and defeats their playbook by organizing information in a way that dramatically increases the value of the case. Once written, the opening statement acts as a roadmap for the rest of trial from voir dire, to evidence, to closing and rebuttal. Cases I've consulted on in 2019 have won over $35M in verdicts.
