Tree of Life Counseling Center works primarily with BIPoC, LGBTQIA+, marginalized identities, and those seeking to disrupt systems of oppression as allies and accomplices. We explore the intersectionality’s of identities and the suffering that results from being required to navigate systems of oppression, explore historical / generational trauma, racial trauma, and internalized oppressive concepts. We identify as brown bodied decolonizes of mental health. Therapy is ours and we are honoring our traditional ancestral practices with our community by walking with and alongside them as we identify inner healing abilities. We take a multicultural, nontraditional approach to therapy by blending methods that incorporate mind & body. Helping you identify where challenges are coming from & how to work through them. Therapy with us is an environment where you can explore all parts of self: a non-judgmental space where you can gain insight, acceptance, and skills needed to interrupt patterns of behaviors that no longer serve you and work towards collective liberation!
