The Trade Council in Brussels is part of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We help Danish companies with market information, partner search, access to local stakeholders, and regulatory navigation in Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands as part of the TC Benelux region. In Benelux our regional team have close contact to local companies, government institutions and organisations and more. The Trade Council in Brussels also assist Danish business interest with Government Public Affairs services to local authorities and towards the EU. We are the government's eyes, ears and mouthpiece in relation to the Commission and the European Parliament and promote Danish views in the negotiations with the other member states of the Council. The Embassy of Denmark to Belgium's main tasks are to strengthen relations between Denmark and Belgium, broadly within politics, economy, trade and culture, and to look after Danish interests in Belgium.
