TPM Technopark Sdn Bhd is a company in the Real Estate & Infrastructure Division of Johor Corporation (JCorp). We provide project management services for industrial, commercial, and public infrastructure developments, as well as marketing and sales of industrial lands and properties. Throughout the years, we have developed a total of 34 industrial parks (6,600 hectares), served 2,023 investors (USD25.8 billion investment) and created 231,000 jobs (figures as of July 2022). Our current featured industrial parks are the Pengerang Industrial Park (Oil & Gas), Tanjung Langsat Industrial Complex (Chemical & Heavy Industries), Muar Furniture Park (Furniture) and Sedenak Tech Park (Data Center Hub). Our industrial parks are in the southern state of Johor, within reach of the country's second largest urban agglomeration of Iskandar Malaysia. They enjoy excellent connectivity, with 3 major seaports & 2 international airports, and are in the proximity of Singapore, at the heart of Southeast Asia.
