We are actively seeking new investment opportunities, primarily within the UK, with the following characteristics: o Businesses with a funding requirement of between £10m and £30m o Established and proven management team with a deep knowledge of their business and a clear strategy for the future o Profitable, high growth companies or stable businesses with strong cash generation o All sectors considered except property, start-ups or early-stage businesses o An identifiable niche or defensible market position within its area of operation o We will consider both minority and majority equity stakes.
