Topteam Electrical and Mechanical were established in the UK in 2013 and provide a high quality and reliable electrical and mechanical installation service to the commercial and residential sectors of the UK construction industry. We draw upon many years of electrical and mechanical installation experience to provide an installation service that is unique and unparalleled in many ways across a variety of specialisms and sectors. We have provided many quality installations for large developments with extremely long containment runs, multiple large diameter cables, high rise riser installations and large plant rooms. We have lots of experience with specialist cabling for data, telecoms, fire alarm, access control and warden call systems with second fix installation and terminations for the same. We are also installing and commissioning Lutron lighting control systems on several residential projects at the moment. We undertake PVC and cast iron SVP and RWP installations, including testing and witnessing to principal contractors, client entities or building control or other statutory authorities with total success.
