The company Top Alliance, branch of the Alinea Cooperative, is located in Beaumont de Lomagne (Tarn et Garonne department) with a production area in Lautrec (Tarn department). The cooperative is an organization of 300 producers with a national stature, specialized in the production of condiments: Garlic, Onion and Shallot. Offering products that are respecting the environment (organic products as an example), Top Alliance – Coopérative Alinéa assures the sanitary security and the origin of the products with the IFS (International Food Standard) certification that the company is maintaining since 2011 with a High Level rate, as well as the Global Gap certification. The regional products, part of the range of the company, are being recognized thanks to the official quality and origin signs: the White Garlic, issued of the region of the Lomagne, with a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI); the Pink Garlic of Lautrec, with a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) as well as a Red Label; the Purple Garlic of Cadours, with a guarantee of origin thanks to the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). The customer is the most important part of the company’s policy, thanks to a constant attention and a continual faculty to adapt to the market’s offer. The sustainable development plays an integral part in the company’s social value: nowadays, the protection of the environment and of the natural resources is essential, that is why Top Alliance – Coopérative Alinéa is engaged in an effective environmental approach with the ISO 14001 certification since 2004. The company is intervening to customers on the French market, with large retailers, wholesalers, or the industry; as well as on the European market with a part of the products that are being exported.
