Overview

In a world of sweet, over-processed pimento cheese, Tom’s Tiny Kitchen’s Pimento Cheese stands out. In fact, it might just be the best pimento cheese you’ve ever tasted -- thickly shredded sharp cheddar, hand chopped green onions, pimentos, mayo, and a few secret spices; ALL-NATURAL and GLUTEN-FREE, and made and packaged by hand in Memphis, TN. In 2009, Tom Flournoy was suddenly laid off. At age 61 -- and at the height of the recession -- finding a new job proved impossible. Never content to sit still, Flournoy developed a passion for cooking, and started tinkering with his mother’s pimento cheese recipe. He began making it and sharing with friends, who were bowled over by its flavor. Encouraged by the response and in need of an income -- there were several months where he and his wife, Jill, couldn't even pay their utility bill -- he started making small batches and selling out of an Igloo cooler at a Memphis farmers’ market in May 2011. Word spread fast, and by July 2011 he was selling out every week. Tom’s Tiny Kitchen (TTK) was born. TTK Pimento Cheese has since developed a rabid local following: it’s now available in over 100 grocery stores in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Kentucky and Missouri. In April of 2017, Tom’s Tiny Kitchen continued its mission of worldwide cheese domination by unveiling a line of mouth-watering all-natural, gluten-free cheese dips available in three delicious varieties -- Classic White, Not-So-Spicy Thai, and Chipotle Bacon. Tom's Tiny Kitchen is a true family-run business, owned and operated by Tom, Jill, and their son, Ross, and their primary mission is to make the highest quality and most delicious spreads and dips in the country.
