About Us District 80 represents Toastmasters Clubs in Singapore, and is part of Toastmasters International. Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. As a district, we build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence. In this way, we support Toastmasters’ International Mission to empower individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders .
