Overview

During the course of their work with various ministries in the Twin Cities helping those who are homeless or otherwise struggle financially, Carla and Richard Bahr decided to dedicate personal financial resources as well as their time to this growing problem. Since then, several friends and others sharing the same heart and vision joined in.
