Three Oaks Foundation is an emergency shelter and services for abused women and their children. Services are offered in Hastings and Prince Edward Counties. The shelter is located in Belleville, Ontario and offers 16 beds and is staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week. A variety of other services are offered to women and children at the shelter that include a 24-hour Emergency Crisis Line, Safety Planning and supportive counselling. Outreach Counselling, Transitional Housing Support and Family Court Support are offered through our Community based programming as well as a Outreach Children’s Program which provides one to one and group counselling to children who have witnessed abuse. The Training and Public Education Program provides presentations and education on abuse and related topics to the community including schools, other agencies, service and church groups to name a few.
