We helped the company establish the right organizational structure, helped get internal buy-in from stakeholders, helped identify talent and partners, and now helping with the execution of the individual initiatives. * M&A Target identification and screening: for a large international company, we identified appropriate targets, defined filters for screening, shortlisted the top contenders and performed detailed due-diligence including site-visits, market analysis, P&L forecasting, and synergy identification. Also came up with possible post-merger operational scenarios. * Managing strategic projects: Working with a large industrial client, we helped define the strategic process (opportunity identification, evaluation, prioritization), and also helped with managing strategic projects. * Changing face of apparel: We identified the trends in e-commerce apparel, and what this means for the competitive positioning of brands and retailers.
