Overview

Who we are: Founded in 2017, situated in The Hague – the global capital of international law – we promote the Rule of Law, fairness, international cooperation and friendly relations between nations. We want to contribute to a solution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict on the basis that Israel is a legal democratic State under international law. What we do: - Monitor the way International Law is used and abused in international institutions and tribunals, - Combat anti-Semitism and bias against Israel in International Law, - Promote the unbiased and fair development of International Law to achieve UN - Charter values of justice, cooperation and friendly relations between nations. How we do it: - Research and publications: we study the development, interpretation and application of International Law in light of UN Charter values; - Education: we develop and implement various educational programs; - Advice and consultancy: we advise governments and public and private organizations about these issues. Our Values: - We defend the legitimacy of the State of Israel and its right to equal treatment among the nations. - We challenge existing perspectives and promote both a contextual understanding of the region (including the role of religion) and balance in the interpretation and application of international law. - We believe that the contextual, fair and unbiased application of the Rule of Law is essential to the achievement of friendly relations, peaceful resolution of conflicts and cooperation between States and peoples, in the Middle East and beyond.
