Furthermore we offer solutions within Interim management, primarily on the executive level. thinelephants is based on broad competences and specialist experiences. The focus is on the change management process where we besides the strategy development, as well can we support or conduct the implementation phase. We focus in high degree on the implementation phase where results can be measured in the end. We facilitate the process using each company’s own competences and resources.
