Overview

Sustainability Games offers a gamification platform for the circular economy and the SDG's. The platform enables employee engagement, e-learning, activation and assessment in the area of human resources, change management and business transformation. Providing data driven opportunities to anticipate gaps and identify perspective. The first conceptualisation of The Sustainability Games (TSG) framework originated under the wings of Green Generation (Groene Generatie). It followed the succesful negotiation (see: verdrag.groenegeneratie.nl) of a treaty between fourty youth organisations, sixty employers and a majority of Dutch Parliament to stimulate ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) in 2014. Bringing a long a lot of research and fieldwork into the educational challenge of sustainable development Thijs Struijk (Antropologist) started the first ground work of the framework early 2015. One year later Thijs was accompanied by Perry Borst (CTO) and Dylan Alling (CMO) developing the first working prototype of TSG. After a MIT subsidised feasibility study into TSG’s market opportunities the three founded One Future Heroes Holding B.V. and its subsidiary One Future Play B.V. in January 2018. Eversince the framework gained traction and has been developed in co-creation with real customers and real educational challenges in practice serving different targetgroups ranging from employees to students. #changetheworldplaying We believe the framework is ready for its next big step: globally available expert knowlegde delivered through a DIY (do it yourself) gamified e-learning and activation platform.
