These Lads Are Mental is a light-hearted weekly podcast from two lads trying to normalise the topic of mental health. Our vision brings expert guests, normal everyday people, and everything in between, to share their thoughts be it personal or in their surrounds around the topic. The mission is simple. We want to elevate mental health to every day conversations. If us two lads can chat the breeze about it, and have a laugh whilst doing so, hopefully we'll smash the stigma along the way.
