Saryn Ulrich provides ethical and compassionate individual and group trauma informed psychotherapy. Having recently transitioned to private practice, she is accepting new clients. Saryn has experience working on an emergency response team (ERT) at a domestic violence crisis shelter for women and children. This has allowed Saryn to become familiar with both little t and big T trauma. Saryn is passionate about creating a safe holding space that allows clients to work through dissociation, PTSD, C-PTSD, panic disorder, and other trauma related symptoms. EMDR and Integrative Somatic Parts Work, similar to IFS, are best practice for PTSD and dissociative disorders. This includes work with both child and adult survivors and Veterans. Saryn also incorporates more classic therapies like CBT, narrative and art therapy, to provide a variety of care for clients presenting with a range of symptoms. Saryn is legally able to provide psychotherapy to all Colorado residents and is open to virtual 60 minute sessions.
