The Ergo Expert: Providing Ergonomic Education, Productivity, and Comfort to your Work Space. Ergonomics is the study of people's efficiency in their working environment. Because we come in all different shapes and sizes, ergonomic education is important. We provide different services like 1-1 Ergo Assessments, Group Assessments, New Office Setups, and a Train the Trainer Program. Because a majority of the community is at home, we also wanted to help support any kind of mental state that may arise. Therefore, we created "Brain Breaks" for our Corporate clients. Brain Breaks consist of stretching, breathwork, and meditation. When we are all able to center and ground ourselves, we are able to become more creative and see things from a different perspective. As passionate as I am with preventative education through ergonomics, it has been a challenge because some are unaware of their ergonomics while working. Some say that their WFH situation is temporary, so they "tough" through the pain because they will be back at work soon. It's been about a year since the beginning of the pandemic and we all have a "new norm". Working from home might be a permanent "norm" for some. NOW is the time to take care of yourselves and those around us. To help bring awareness and ergonomic education to light, I started the new brand: The Ergo Expert. I want to make ergonomics sexy, fun, bright, and exciting. I am teaming up with interior designers and local companies to spread the word about Wellness.
