With Brighthouse you can lease your own office on a rolling 6 month subscription. Stay as long as you like or give notice and move out 6 months later. We are living in times where companies are becoming more and more fast paced. Companies seek to be as asset light as possible and they look to minimize future commitments. When leasing an office you traditionally need to sign a long lease. This means that you commit to paying between 36-84 months of rent over a period of 3-7 years. Who knows how many employees you will have and how far your company have grown during that period? We have created Brighthouse with the vision that you via us should be able to lease any office with flexible terms. We want to enable companies to grow and focus on their core business instead of on their office lease.
