Overview

The Well is a health information hub for tools, resources, local projects and networks. It's a place for practitioners working in health promotion, prevention or planning to come together and share resources, projects and local knowledge. The Well was created by the Outer East and Inner East Primary Care Partnerships (PCPs). All Victorian PCPs transitioned to Local Public Health Units (LPHU) in 2022. The Well has found a new home at the North Eastern Public Health Unit (NEPHU). We look forward to continuing to share and promote the fantastic work being done across the catchment.
