With our combined experience and network, we cover across mid to senior level hires for agencies, start-ups and in house/marketing positions. Jimmy has 20 years of experience in advertising agencies and recruitment, of which 10 years were with DDB Group Singapore. He has performed various roles at DDB including Client Services Director with Tribal DDB, and was last with DDB Group as Director of Talent and Operations. He sat on the board of Institute of Advertising Singapore as an Executive Council Member, driving the Talent and Education agenda for the creative and media industry. YY spend 14 years in both marketing and advertising agency side roles having worked at UNIQLO, DDB and Ogilvy Taipei. Prior to The Talent Detective, she spend 4 years as Head of Marketing for UNIQLO Singapore managing a team of 10 overseeing marketing, business strategy, organisation restructure and e-commerce. Her professional achievement includes being named Young Professional of the Year at Institute of Advertising (IAS) Hall of Fame awards. YY was also a former Mediacorp Radio personality and currently the only certified Human Design Professional in Singapore.
