The Savaris Group, is a Florida Community Association Management company working out of Polk County in central Florida. We manage HOA (home owner associations), and are also licensed to manage condos and mobile home parks. We specialize in working with an attorney to do collections on delinquent owners of HOAs. All charges except forclosures are paid by the delinquent owner after full collections are complete. I am a CAM - a licensed Community Association Manager and work closely with the Boards of HOAs to make running the day to day business a smooth operation.
