The Samuel Wellington Botwey (SWEB) Foundation is a disability focused non- Governmental Organization in Ghana committed to promoting the rights and social inclusion of persons with disabilities in Ghana. SWEB became the strategic partner organization of Liliane Foundation (LF) of the Netherlands in January, 2012, to collaborate to implement the Direct Child Assistance (DCA) program now Child Empowerment (CE) program for children and youth with disabilities in Ghana, through partner organizations.
