I believe that people in general and designers in particular can grow faster and build their confidence when the conditions are right. Everyone, no matter the level and years of experience, can be a significant resource because we all have something to bring to the table. The Lounge is a shared space for you, the creative, analytical types, to network, collaborate, work on portfolios, and be inspired. Here we host workshops, give (digital) room to practice and encourage positivity. Until we can all meet in person again, I switched to this covid 19 edition. The lounge will be a 24\7 open virtual space with "Helpers", who are experienced product designers from the best companies, and who will join in answering participants' questions. Additionally there will be "Experts" - experienced product and career professionals who'll lead the workshops & practices. This pilot had over 150 applicants wanting to join, and while only half of those could get in, stay tuned as more available seats will open soon! Eden Shopen
