The Pledge is a life and leadership development network for young adults who are ready to Commit, Connect and Cultivate the lifestyle they want to live. The foundation of our work stands on three pillars: Understanding Your Purpose, Leadership Development and Making Money Work For You. We provide a variety of leadership development opportunities, including bi-weekly professional and personal development calls, daily Gratitude Calls, weekly accountability calls, leadership trainings and expert masterclasses. We believe that anyone can be a leader, but our Network takes pride in partnering with and developing people who lead. In December 2020, we opened our doors to 50 Founding Partners who were ready to connect with likeminded individuals and change the trajectory of their lives. Our Founding Partners set a powerful standard for what it means to be a Leader Evolving Daily in the LED Network and beyond and we believe that this is just the beginning.
