Overview
At The Mustard Tree Foundation (Reading) (MTF) we are passionate that every individual has the opportunity to thrive. We do this by creating projects and programmes that fulfil needs within our local communities and we have a proven track record having done this for nearly 20 years. At the moment, we care for the wellbeing for children, young people and adults from 11 years old to those who are over 100. We achieve this by creating, developing and managing projects which serve the unique needs of those individuals – it’s not a case of one solution but a number of programmes all working within the MTFs aims:- 1. To reduce health and social inequalities 2. To build a stronger and more cohesive community 3. We give a voice to the unheard Our projects: Engage - Reducing isolation and loneliness by developing positive relationships and networks in the community for those aged 26 to 100 plus years. www.engage-uk.org Rahab - Providing chaplaincy style outreach to on-street sex workers in Reading.
