The Mindfulness Project

Overview

Founded in 2013, The Mindfulness Project is a non-profit social enterprise dedicated to sharing the skills of mindfulness and mindful meditation. Using an accessible secular and evidence-based approach, the skills that we teach in our live workshops and courses help individuals to improve their health, well-being and performance. This is supported by the increasingly large body of scientific research, which demonstrates that mindfulness has the potential to enrich and, in many cases, transform people’s lives. MINDFULNESS FOR BUSINESS We deliver corporate focused mindfulness and workshops to businesses and organisations, designed to help individuals develop mindfulness skills that improve performance at work, boost business productivity and improve employee wellbeing. Courses and workshops can be tailored to the audience, whether you are looking for an intensive course for your HR team or an interactive workshop focused on employee wellbeing or corporate entertainment.
