We are a start-up NGO based in Auckland, NZ. We strive to create a space for sustainable mental health and wellbeing. The ambulance at the bottom of the cliff is not enough. We are working to create meaningful ongoing prevention of poor mental health and wellbeing. Our current focus is on advocacy and support for those considering, in the process of or who have experience with antidepressant withdrawal.
