  I am the Agile Niche Candidate Manager at ROLE RECRUIT focused on pooling, liaising and providing access to the top 2% of Agile talent in the New Zealand and Australian market. I am studying my own qualifications in Agile in the background to underlie my recruitment activity with industry insights. I represent a niche market - the best and most experienced contractors in the NZ market in the Agile space: Agile Coaches Scrum Masters Digital Project Managers Digital Business Analysts I 'shoulder tap' these professionals who then, post phone screening, F2F interview and reference, enter my niche community of NZ AGILE HIGH ROLLERS. My service to these candidates is that at any one time I know what contract they are on and where - I know when they start and finish, I support them in every way I can and I create individualised career plans to move them from contract to contract. They are added to my private AGILE SLACK CHANNEL where I provide support, market updates and most importantly where I post my niche contract opportunities. These opportunities are only available to my AGILE HIGH ROLLERS and they get first dibs! Whoo Hoo! While digital product market radically morphs in the future, my community will grow and change accordingly. An underlying goal I have is to be EVER AGILE - to adapt the changes and in the ever-fluid industries of software development and PMO. Assess, re-assess and change in order to deliver happiness to my candidates and client. I also endeavour to add extra value add with Agile resource planning, market insight, information on how to interview, how to interview and 'real time' advice on hourly rate/salary for your costing model based on recent placements.
