The LACMA Secretariat is the headquarter of LACMA, and its located in Panama City, Republic of Panama. LACMA is a democratic association founded in 1969 with office in Panama, Republic of Panama. It's membership consist of experienced and prestigious moving and relocation companies from Latin America and the rest of the world. It's a leader association, respected in the industry for its well-established purpose and character, attractive for its constant innovation in services, directed towards continuous improvement, and characterized for the strong bond between its members. LACMA is the Latin American association represented in FIDI, thus representing the LACMA/FIDI affiliates in the region under FIDI Latin America. Nonetheless, LACMA does not require its members to be FIDI affiliates; LACMA maintains its independent affiliation criteria. It counts with various programs - scholarship, humanitarian aid, training, claim processing, and payment guarantee program (PGP). For more than 20 years, its own training institute provides on-site and virtual seminars, including a training course for Packers Instructors. The LACMA Certified Packers certification is mandatory for all Active members (members located in the Latin American Region).
