Overview

• Develop players' skillsets through on-court training and video breakdown. • Strong emphasis on shot mechanics, agility, ball-handling, finishing, and footwork to better their feel for the game. • Exploiting the strengths and weaknesses of each player individually while gearing the workouts to his/her best basketball interest. • Writing progress reports for each player with an emphasis on his/her improvements for that specific month. • Develop strong discipline and confidence to better a players career with many scrimmages and consistent training. • Set up game-days weekly for all players that are signed up and edit those videos to monitor their improvements and faults. • Provide mentorship to players that wish to pursue basketball both on and off the court.
