The History Co:Lab (HCL) is a unique inter-generational innovation lab working to transform how learning with and about history is experienced in the United States and around the world. Founded in 2019, we are working to make history unboring and empowering, and to ensure that all young people can learn the history they need to be inspired and engaged members of democracy. We have been recognized as a cutting-edge non-profit startup and are working with some of the world’s largest foundations and cultural institutions at the intersection of history education, the future of learning, the future of democracy and the world of museums and place-based learning.
