The Fraud Lawyers Association
Law PracticeOverview
The Fraud Lawyers Association was established in 2012. Its members are drawn from leading firms and chambers. The FLA aims to: • provide a forum to represent experienced lawyers (solicitors, barristers, and legal executives) practising in the areas of civil and criminal fraud, not least by responding to consultations; • deliver education and training to its members designed to meet their specific requirements; and • offer its members the opportunity to meet each other to share knowledge and build professional relationships. Membership is open to solicitors of over 6 years PQE, barristers of over 8 years call and members of the Institute of Legal Executives of over 6 years admission. If you do not yet qualify to become a member, you might wish to visit the website of our associated organisation The Young Fraud Lawyers Association at www.yfla.com.
