The Ether is an experience, brand and service design consultancy. We utilise various design systems to change the way people behave in specific ways. Be it physically, digitally or psychologically. If you can accomplish that, then, and only then, can you affect the way people feel about something. Only from there can you hope to make a lasting impression and nudge an individual, or a crowd, towards a pre-determined action or achieve an ambition. An ambition might be a "better" bank, to implement a new company culture (creative, collaborative, profitable etc.), to create a brand people believe in, not just one they're told to, convey information in a memorable manner or to re-imagine a visitor experience. Emotion and information are the currencies of experience design and they're universally important. These currencies and their applications grow as technology advances and they are the currencies within which we deal.
