The Diversity Myth is a global knowledge and innovation network founded by Sandra Kiel. She knows first-hand what it feels like to work in a male-dominated industry and how women need strong female role models to inspire confidence and ambition. The Diversity Myth aims to make diversity more visible and provide positive role models for future generations by celebrating the achievements, commitment and diversity of all people. The Diversity Myth provides a platform to share ideas and collaborate on innovative solutions to promote social change and reduce inequality. By connecting a diverse range of agents of change and their networks, leveraging each other's strengths and expertise, sharing experiences and facilitating mutual learning, we aim to build bridges, design new strategies and help shape initiatives with impact. Through workshops in schools, universities and youth organizations, The Diversity Myth speaks directly to young people about self-confidence, ambition and alternative role models to those that are omnipresent in popular culture.
