In the centre of Winchester in an unassuming building a stones-throw from the High Street lives The Blend Academy. Owned by the inventive minds behind the Winchester Distillery, the academy is dedicated to the creation, tasting and enjoyment of wine & spirits. And you're invited. The heart of the Blend Academy is the Blending Room - our dedicated research laboratory where visitors like you can take part in accredited training courses or learn the art and craft of distillation. At our gin-blending session you'll be given exclusive access to the Blending Library - our private botanical archive containing over 100 native and exotic roots, herbs, spices, fruits and flowers - where you can create a personalised gin recipe to blend, bottle and take home.
